DRO Glass scale repair after chopping wiring.

In today's video, we will repair the wiring to one of my DRO glass scales on my lathe. The steel cable got jammed in the cross slide and sheared off. We will strip the scale from the lathe and remove the read head, remove the circuit board from the read head and tidy solder joints. Ascertain pin out from cables in plug to read head then resolder cables. Reinstall on lathe and test. Thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed this video Cheers Mike
