This is Mr. Kidari Jjamppong. The restaurant I'm introducing today is "Gaehwa Restaurant," a small, long-established Chinese restaurant near Tongbok Market in Pyeongtaek City, a true gem. First of all, the food is beyond words. It's all delicious. It's great as a snack or a meal. The most delicious dishes are the fried chicken and the fried rice, but there's nothing particularly delicious. Everything is delicious. This place has been around for 92 years, or maybe even over 60 years. I still see the old man in Wangbon-dong, who founded the restaurant 60 years ago, sometimes. I know he was also the principal of the Pyeongtaek Chinese School, and he's a very nice guy.
