Support my channel: 📌 Write in the comments which city you're watching from and which cauliflower dishes you like! 👍 Give the video a like if you like the recipe. 🔔 Subscribe to my channel so you don't miss any new recipes! 📩 Share the video with friends who love healthy food. 🍆 RECIPE 1 (from 00:00): Easy Eggplant Lasagne with Marinara Sauce & Ricotta. 📌 INGREDIENTS: Eggplants – 2 pcs Onion – 1 pc Garlic – 3 cloves Tomato paste – 2 tbsp Chopped tomatoes – 2 cups Basil (fresh) Ricotta – 3 tbsp Milk – 30 ml Lasagna pasta – 200 g Mozzarella – 200 g Parmesan – 80 g Olive oil Salt, black pepper 👩🍳 PREPARATION: Slice the eggplants thinly, place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. For the sauce, sauté onion and garlic, add tomato paste and chopped tomatoes, season with basil and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix ricotta with milk, salt and pepper. Cook the lasagna noodles al dente. In a casserole dish, layer sauce, pasta, eggplant, ricotta and grated mozzarella/parmesan alternately. Repeat the layers. Sprinkle with basil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C. 🍆 RECIPE 2 (from 10:14): Tender eggplant balls in tomato sauce with rice. 📌 INGREDIENTS: Eggplants – 2 pcs Garlic – 3 cloves Tomatoes – 2 pcs Bread – 2 slices Milk – 50 ml Cheese – 100 g Parsley Egg – 1 pc Breadcrumbs – 50 g Olive oil Salt, pepper, Italian herbs For the tomato sauce: Tomatoes – 2 pcs Garlic – 2 cloves Water – 150 ml Italian herbs, salt, pepper For the rice: Onion – 1 pc Carrot – 1 pc Garlic – 2 cloves Rice – 1 cup Water – 1 cup Olive oil, salt 👩🍳 PREPARATION: Dice the eggplants, salt them and soak them in salted water, then pat them dry and bake them for 20 minutes at 200°C. For the sauce, sauté garlic, add tomatoes and spices, deglaze with water and bring to a boil. Soak bread in milk, then mix with baked eggplant, grated cheese, parsley, egg and breadcrumbs to form a mixture. Form into balls, roll in breadcrumbs and simmer in tomato sauce for 5-6 minutes. For the rice, sauté onion, carrot and garlic, add rice, deglaze with water and simmer for 15 minutes. #fullofvegetables #eggplants
