Bandipur National Park is one of the finest forest safari destinations in South India. The experience is not limited to spotting tigers — the park is home to a rich variety of wildlife including leopards, elephants, gaurs, and numerous species of birds.Unfortunately, safari operations are currently suspended following government orders due to recent human–wildlife conflicts in nearby villages.
