How Belgium Changed Fashion

Patreon:   / fashionlover4   Annoyingly, there seems to be a lot of different dates on the internet in regards to the Antwerp six. Some sites say they first showed in London in 1986, others say 1987. Some sites say that Margiela and Walter van Beirendonck graduated together, some say Margiela graduated a year earlier. I think this discrepancy may be due to fashion's slightly irritating dating system (eg. S/S 2023 shows are held in Late 2022, so S/S 1987 shows were probably also held in late 1986). I tried my best to use what I found to be the most accurate dates and facts but there is always room for error. I also tried to use primary sources for information from people who were around at the time like Geert Bruloot himself who talked about the Antwerp six in an interview so that all the info I talk about in this video is accurate.
