3 Hours Cycling Coast to Coast Across America | Natural Sounds Only (No Music, No Commentary)

A different kind of video this week — this is a long, ambient cut of my ride across the United States in 2024. I began on the classic Trans America Trail, but decided to branch off on to the bike non-stop route in Wyoming as I wanted to find a lower traffic alternative for the rest of the route. I followed the Bike Nonstop route all the way to Washington D.C., and then decided to finish off my trip by following the Washington to New York greenway route. If you have not seen it before I have linked the playlist of my full TransAm series below. This is a 3-hour film made up entirely of riding and drone footage, shown in chronological order from coast to coast. There’s no music, no voiceover — just the natural sounds of the journey as I experienced it. I wanted to try something a bit more immersive — something you can have on in the background, ride along with on the turbo, or just relax to. The full, story-led long cut of the TransAm is still in the works, but in the meantime I hope you enjoy this quieter, unfiltered version of the ride.
