Stella Day Raid so I'm sure this score can even be higher, the key is to spawn kill the Ticks in Seed Vault and Archives, that's the biggest source of points. If you manage a perfect spawn rotation in Archives - Seed Vault - Robotic A & B it's a big win. You can do this solo and easily hit above 20k. No particular skill tree needed, I don't even have the less stamina for melee node.
