ViTrains Class 47 47798 – OO Gauge Service & Repair
This ViTrains OO gauge Class 47, running number 47798 (V002L), came into the workshop for a service and repair. Following inspection, the locomotive received the necessary repair work before undergoing a full service, including cleaning of the wheelsets and pickups, removal of old lubricant, and fresh lubrication throughout the drivetrain. Once reassembled and fully tested, the Class 47 is now running smoothly once again and ready to return to service. It's always rewarding to see these detailed modern diesels back to reliable running after a little workshop attention.
