Simple Toy Cars - Beginner woodworking project

This video shows a beginner's woodworking project using scrap wood to make toys for my son. I make a car out of oak and a truck out of walnut scraps. Making toys for my son is always satisfying. The best part of the video is near then end when I surprise my son with the new toys. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed making these toys. I use an old Sprunger scroll saw, my Mastercraft drill press and my Dewalt orbital sander. For finish I use Honey Bee's wood conditioner, which is a mix of mineral oil and bees wax, available at my local hardwood supplier, KJP Select Hardwoods, in Ottawa, Ontario.
