El PC no detecta el disco duro. Inicializar y asignar letras a volúmenes. Administrador de discos.

(IMPORTANT: Read the NOTES below to avoid losing data on the disk) I am NOT responsible for any data loss due to improper handling or failure to understand the instructions in this video. If you are unsure of what you are doing, do not do it and take the disk to a repair shop. Hello, everyone, welcome back to my channel! In this video, we're going to see how to solve a problem you might encounter when installing or connecting a hard drive to a PC. Sometimes, your disk doesn't appear in File Explorer. This can be due to two main reasons: 1) The disk IS NOT initialized. This usually happens with newly purchased disks, disks that have been erased or manipulated with certain applications, or disks that have suffered a hardware failure. 2) The disk IS initialized, but Windows hasn't assigned a drive letter to the existing volumes on your disk. To solve these problems, we'll use Windows Disk Management, a tool included in all Windows NT versions since Windows 2000. We'll learn how to initialize a disk (if necessary) and/or assign drive letters to volumes so we can work seamlessly with File Explorer. VERY IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) Initializing a disk is a destructive process that erases all data. Always do this on a new, empty disk or one from which you don't want to recover data. NEVER initialize a disk containing data, whether you've lost access to it due to a hardware or software failure. In this case, use data recovery software to try to recover the data, or take it to a data recovery company. 2) If a disk that has already been initialized, partitioned, and formatted contains data, and you want to view the contents, simply assign a drive letter to it. In this case, DO NOT initialize, format, or partition. 3) You CANNOT create volumes or assign drive letters if the disk is not initialized. 4) INITIALIZING, PARTITIONING, or FORMATTING a disk will result in TOTAL or PARTIAL data loss. About the importance of backups:    • ‼️🆘⁉️¿Haces copia de seguridad de tus dato...   I hope you like it. See you in the next video.
