Good Governance is an important element in every national reform promise to avoid mal functioning public administration and corruption. The GIZ programme “Support of Decentralization as contribution to Good Governance” in Rwanda is supporting an efficient and capable public administration, for delivering decentralised, citizen-oriented services and for strengthening state agencies in their fight against poverty and corruption.
