Can I run a glamping site with no land? We talk to Essex Glamping

We visited Essex Glamping and had a brilliant chat to Rachel and Wayne about their amazing safari tent glamping site in Essex. They have 10 safari tents and a further 10 unfurnished bell tents that they put up for the summer holidays. They are completely off-grid with compost toilets and outdoor showers. What is amazing about this set up is that they RENT the land and don't live on-site! They also predominantly do 1 night stays which is really popular. They work in conjunction with Hadleigh Park so their glamping guests have full use of the parks facilities including toilets and showers!
