Improve your overall punching/fighting skills with these 10 simple moves. We will be working to improve our punching, defensive moves from our head movement and more. Learning to slip and roll is essential in boxing. We will work some of the defensive stuff separately. But also integrate the defense with our punches to make you a more complete fighter. You will also improve your endurance and build lean muscle in the process. This boxing training routine will consist of just 10 different fighting combinations including focusing on punches, slips and rolls as well as putting them all together.
