Fishermen Dream of the days of Glass Calm Crystal Clear water in the Florida Keys while fishing for Dolphin! Other wise know as a Mahi Mahi or Dorado, Dolphin are amongst some of the most sought after game fish while Deep sea fishing in the Florida Keys. Not only are they beautiful, they fight great and taste delicious, which equates to the most Epic Fishing Videos in a bay boat! There are a lot of different methods to catch Mahi Mahi, but we spend the morning throwing the cast net for pilchards to add live bait to our arsenal. Once we acquire bait we head to the Islamorada Hump to do some live chumming, which deems to be productive! After that we do some running and gunning, trolling, and share different tips and techniques based on how to catch dolphin fish. Once we tire out we run the boat from the deep sea in towards the shallow reefs to do some scenic snorkeling. Thereafter we head to the dock to clean up the fish to enjoy a delicious Mahi Mahi fish recipe!
