Stray Kitten Stops Me on the Street in the Cold Wind, Clinging to My Pants Begging for Adoption

On my way home, I came across a little kitten. I called out to him a few times, and to my surprise, the little one ran toward me without hesitation, skillfully climbing up my pants. Unfortunately, I already have a cat and a dog at home, and I wasn’t planning to adopt another pet. But seeing this poor stray kitten, I just couldn’t bring myself to ignore him. He is so affectionate—was he abandoned? I asked a few shop owners along the way to see if anyone recognized this kitten, but no one knew.
