Today we dive into this amazing ancient and brilliant natural dye. Bountiful in many areas, Birch trees provide us with an incredible array of crafting materials. Come join us as we derive three distinct colours - bright yellow, chocolate brown and a vibrant grey all with these small waxy leaves. From the bark which can be used for canoes and baskets, to the leaves themselves.
