Fallout New Vegas, but I kill every NPC that interacts with me

They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but if everyone keeps speaking to me there'll be no Vegas left. In part one of this challenge we take ourselves all the way to New Vegas and meet Chandler Bing. It's this whole big thing.
