Bowl Sander (Inertia) - Episode 91

After being prompted by a subscriber about making a bowl sander and a link to the video by Marius Hornberger    • Homemade Spinning Bowl Sander   I watched another video by Jon Whateley    • Make your own spinning bowl sander kit for...  , who also makes a bowl sander. Both of these require a lot of shaping on the band saw. I decided to turn all the parts so that everything came from the lathe. I've used the same Oak I did in the last video of the bowl. The only thing I have done is I gave both the heads I made a coat of sanding sealer so that it hopefully gives a better surface for the self adhesive foam to stick to. A great project and quite easy to do saving a lot of money compared to buying one.
