Honolulu's new Police Chief David Lazar gets sworn in
David Lazar was officially sworn in as Honolulu's 13th police chief, becoming the first outside chief to lead the department in nearly 90 years. Lazar said his top priorities are improving officer wellness, boosting recruitment and retention and rebuilding public trust.
