Moist Apple & Mascarpone Cake

Give our Apple & Mascarpone Cake a go – it's made with eggs, sugar, mascarpone, and apples, baked until it's just right. Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon icing sugar on top for that extra sweetness. It's simple, moist, tasty, and perfect for satisfying your homemade treat cravings. Ingredients: 4 eggs 200g sugar 250g mascarpone 200g flour 20g baking powder 4 apples 1 teaspoon cinnamon Icing sugar (to taste) Baking Instructions: In a bowl, break the eggs and start mixing while adding the sugar. Add mascarpone and flour to the mixture and keep mixing, also, add the baking powder. Clean and cut two apples into small pieces to be included in the mixture along with half a teaspoon of cinnamon and fold well with a spatula. Prepare a 25cm diameter springform pan with a sheet of baking paper on the bottom. Pour the mixture into the pan and level it with a spatula. Thinly slice two more apples and arrange them over the entire surface of the cake and sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes in a normal oven or at 170°C for about 45 minutes in a fan-assisted oven. Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes, then open the cake pan and transfer the cake to a plate. For garnish, mix a pinch of cinnamon with icing sugar and dust it over the entire cake.
