This Edwardian hair care routine includes lots of boar bristle brushing and not much hair washing, and I was a little bit scared to try it on my tangled, curly, breakage-prone hair. If you are sensitive to caffeine, you can use decaf tea bags. Boil 1 cup water, steep tea bags for at least 20 min or until water has cooled. Add tea to a spray bottle (preferably amber glass). Add remaining ingredients , shake well. Spray only onto your scalp when a deep cleanse is needed. Avoid getting on your hair length. Only apply once hair has been detangled. Massage in well, and allow your hair and scalp to dry completely in a loose state. Your scalp should feel refreshed afterwards.
