Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, Rupert Friend and director Gareth Edwards join the Omelete Stage at CCXP MX to explain Jurassic World: Rebirth! The plot of Jurassic World: Rebirth will take place five years after the events of Jurassic World: Dominion. "The ecology of the planet has proven to be an inhospitable place for dinosaurs. Those that remain exist in isolated equatorial environments, with climates reminiscent of those in which they once thrived," says the synopsis. "The three most colossal creatures within that tropical biosphere hold the key to a drug that will bring miraculous benefits to save humanity's lives." The new Jurassic World will have an all-star cast, with Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey and Mahershala Ali leading the way. The script is by David Koepp, who wrote the script for the original 1993 film. The film is directed by Gareth Edwards. The premiere is confirmed for July 2025.
