He has served as an advisor to the Cabinet Secretariat for the 2nd to 4th Abe Cabinets (in charge of New Deal policies for disaster prevention and mitigation), among other positions. He is a professor at the Graduate School of Engineering at Kyoto University and head of the Resilience Practice Unit at the same university. He is a visiting professor at Karlstad University. He is editor-in-chief of "Hyogensha Criterion." Morinaga Takuro Graduated from the Department of Economics at the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Economics. He is a professor at Dokkyo University and an economic analyst. Shibayama Keita Associate professor at Kyoto University Graduate School/Editorial board member of Hyogensha Criterion Born in Tokyo in 1974. Historian of economic thought.
