Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park - Lake Beach & Playgrounds with Kids - San Dimas, CA

Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park is a large park in San Dimas, California. It multiple playgrounds, a lake, and trails throughout the park. Lake: The lake in the middle of the park is a reservoir made from a dam. At one part of the lake is a beach that is roped off for swimming. The water is shallow and the there are no waves, making it great for kids. There are also several life guards on duty. At other parts of the lake are other activities, including boating, kayaking, and fishing. Playgrounds: There are 5 different playgrounds throughout the park - 3 large ones and 2 small ones. They are close enough to walk between, if you don't mind a bit of a stroll. Otherwise, you can just drive to each of them. Trails: Throughout the park are paved trails for walking and biking, and dirt trails for hiking. Location & Parking: The park is located at 120 E Via Verde Dr, San Dimas, CA 91773.
