Hello metal bikers! Here's a new series of tutorials for learning how to ride a motorcycle for the first time. I've practically designed a curriculum, lesson by lesson, where I'll teach you everything you need to know to become an excellent, road-smart driver. I hope you enjoy this first lesson, which will cover the prior knowledge you should have about the National Traffic Code, but not like reading bricks and mortar about boring laws. I explain it in a practical way, since what we need is more practice and less theory. This lesson outlines the basic concepts as an introduction to getting into the subject, including what actions get us a ticket, what don't, and what protective gear and documents we should carry.
