Westrail: E428 Claremorris - Tuam 1988

Footage from April 1988 featuring Westrail’s E428 returning to its base at Tuam from Claremorris following its involvement in the Pathfinders ‘Balligo Divider’ Railtour to Ballina the previous day. The footage also captures 038 passing through the yard in Claremorris and 073 entering and departing the Co.Mayo town with a Westport service bound for Heuston,Dublin. The final scene captures 011 passing the site of the former sugar beet factory at Airglooney outside Tuam with the laden coal & oil liner to Ballina.
