Our tour, which started pleasantly in Cebu's hidden paradise, the Camotes Islands, turned into a major crisis when I suddenly ran out of cash. I was literally HELPLESS! After struggling to solve the money problem, I embarked on a journey to the local villages deep within the island. I spoke with villagers drying cassava roots in the sun, explored the local food culture with college girls, and tried the famous "Ice Candy" ice cream sold on the street. But the most shocking moment of the video was encountering a young man who lives in a small hut with his partner and says he only earns a total of $50 a month. I sought the answer to that question on the cover by exploring their living environment and talking to them.
