First proper video here on The Lone Trail! Running vlog #1 is from a small island called Langøy in Kragerø, Norway. We'll run from the cabin, across the island to the other side and back. We're talking dirt and gravel road perfection all the way! This run has become a staple route ever since my father Morten and his friend Jørgen first established it years ago when I was a kid. It's a beautiful run, with a lot of up and down!
