I tried out the single kettlebell armor building by strength coach @DanJohnStrengthCoach in an EMOM workout. How does it compare to the original double kettlebell version? The original armor building uses double kettlebells for two cleans, one overhead press, and three front squats. The single kettlebell version does something similar but obviously adjusted to a single kettlebell.
