Living Together, Perry County Tributary, PA - Wooly Bugged
Video of Michael Evanko fly fishing a small wild brook trout tributary in Perry County, Pennsylvania during the month of August. The summer of 2018 in Pennsylvania brought a lot of rain but it kept trout fishing conditions, especially in small brook trout waters, very good late into the summer. Halfway through the video Evanko catches a wild brown trout, showing that in some Pennsylvania tributaries, brook trout and brown trout are cohabitants. The water fished in the video was a cool spring fed mountain stream with water temperatures in the low 60s. The trout caught in this video were all caught on a #14 Royal Wulff dry fly pattern.
