Тула || Город новых смыслов

Many cities are sprucing up their appearances in the battle for Moscow tourists. Tula has been particularly successful: over the past five years, its historic center has been renovated, new museum spaces have opened, and the best embankment in Russia has been created. The new developments blend harmoniously with the Kremlin, which was built in 1520 and is celebrating its impressive 500-year anniversary this year. Furthermore, Tula has become home to several flagships of the creative economy: the Oktava creative industrial cluster, the visually pleasing Iskra, filled with coffee shops and restaurants, and the wonderful Likerka. We strolled through the old streets of Tula, looked at less obvious landmarks, and observed how the city has changed in recent years.
