When to use the Spanish subjunctive or The Conditional Tense in Spanish

For many the Spanish Subjunctive is a bit confusing and difficult to know how or when to use it. We know we use it for DESEOS, wishes but don’t we use the CONDITIONAL TENSE for that? ¡Hola!
