Protocol for a Dyadic Pilot SMART: Design Decisions and Lessons Learned
To optimize a dyadic intervention, where two people work together (e.g. mother/child, peer support), using a SMART (where there are multiple randomizations over time) decisions must be made to accommodate the dyad such as whether the randomization is at the level of the individual or the dyad. This webinar, presented by Dr. McKenzie Roddy (Vanderbilt University Medical Center), describes the design process for a dyadic pilot SMART testing peer and family support interventions for adults with type 2 diabetes.
