Volkswagen Tiguan - one cooling fan is not working

One of the cooling fan is intermittent. It only works when I touch it. Engine oil light level when the oil level is fine. Only one cooling fan runs but at high speed when engine is off .. trying to cool the engine . This video will show you how I verified the failure and replace the defective cooling fan This job will take about 2 hrs once you have the tools picked out . You will need a low profile small ratchet that can accept the torque bit (as shown in the video)
