Twin Peaks: How Cooper and Billy are One and the Same

Another imperfect video, this one explaining how Cooper and Billy are one and the same, and Billy uses the noble FBI Agent as a defence mechanism to hide behind. The clues were placed within the show, what we both see and hear, but they don't get discussed nearly enough. It is my intention to fix that. I will add that, I believe, Billy let his guard down and let his secretary, Betty, inside, which is illustrated in the Sam and Tracey scenes. This breach of his defences began the need for Billy to return to Twin Peaks and free the "good" Dale from the Lodge, to try to help dig himself out of the mess, which was Betty finding out about his having killed Laura, and her having somehow (by letter?) helped clue Sarah into it too. I want to thank my sister @mosriteluv for helping me with the clips, as well as This Steve Guy for the enhanced whisper and Name Explain @NameExplain for the stuff about the meaning of the word fence. It also should be noted, Laura might whisper no one and not nobody, but I don't have the time or patience to fix that and, besides, they mean the same thing.
