Early shift in the delivery room: Midwife Sophie shows us obstetrics. She cares for expectant mothers, accompanies births – and also experiences difficult moments. Today, Pastor Anne is with her, looking over her shoulder for a day. While a labor is being induced, Sophie also has to take care of a late-term abortion. Joy and farewell are often close together in the delivery room.
