Dominic Okumu Savio, was a little boy in primary school. His parents who were teachers feared he could be abducted. They gave him the name Ongwen as a pseudonym in case he was abducted. This little boy would later on become one of the most daring and ruthless commanders of the LRA and today he is amongst those facing charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity. In this series, we bring you the story of Ongwen who for long spells was the commander of the LRA Sinia Brigade.
