Come on in come on in y’all today we are cooking chittering I’ll be showing you step by step how to make tender delicious chitterlings be sure to thumbs up the video and subscribe for the deliciousness Ingredients 2 5lbs bag of chitterlings 1 onion diced 1 bell pepper diced any color 3 stalks celery diced 3-4 garlic cloves minced 1 pack of Lipton onion soup mix 2 bay leaves 1-2 tbs chicken bouillon Season to taste Directions Careful clean the  chitterlings removing the membrane and fat. Wash 3 times in water and vinegar.
