Do you feel your mind is especially restless today? Sometimes, the external wind (or our own "inner wind") makes us feel irritable, scattered, and lacking concentration. In this Yoga Island session, we'll use the Earth's energy to counteract that volatility and regain our center. Through grounded postures and gentle movements, we'll invite the body to release tension and the mind to settle. This isn't a complex practice, but rather a conscious refuge for those days when everything seems to be moving too fast. ✨ What we'll work on in this session: 00:00 Introduction: The balance between Wind and Earth (Ayurveda). 01:45 Initial connection: Feeling the contact with the ground. 05:24 Gentle awakening: Leg and pelvic mobility. 10:00 The Bridge: Strengthening our roots. 12:18 Gentle twists: Cleansing and releasing. 17:03 Sacred Mountain: Finding stability in stillness. 30:43 The Star Archer: Focusing our intention and love. 33:51 The Snail: Gathering and total surrender to the earth. 37:07 The Drum: Releasing the nervous system. 42:19 Final relaxation (Savasana): Deep calm and observation. 🧘 Prepare for the practice: Find a quiet place, prepare your mat, and have a blanket handy for the end.
