台北マラソン2024、参加しました。

ブログでも紹介しています。よかったらぜひ➯https://alohako-life.com 2024年12月15日、台北マラソンに参加しました。 10kmから種類豊富な給食エイド、沿道の仮装応援、観光ランも楽しめる、素晴らしい大会でした。 2025年以降の参加の参考になったら嬉しいです。 個人的にはスタートして3kmで緊急事態発生！ トイレ待ち10分以上、済ませてコースに戻ったら人がほとんどいない。 最後尾から追いかけるハメに。 号砲から5時間半の制限時間、関門6か所、綱渡り状態でゴールめざしました。 I participated in the Taipei Marathon on December 15, 2024. It was a great event with a wide variety of food aids from 10km, costumed cheering along the way, and a sightseeing run. I would be happy if this could be a reference for your participation in 2025 and beyond. Personally, I had an emergency 3km after the start! I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the restroom, and when I finished and returned to the course, there were almost no people. I had to chase after them from the last row. I was on a tightrope walking to the goal with a time limit of 5 hours and a half after the gun went off.
