It was a 1995 model that was officially imported and only 35 were introduced in Japan (13 in 1994). The engine was a 2.8L inline 6 DOHC (M104) with the displacement increased to 3.6L. The crankshaft of a 3.5L inline 6 diesel (OM603) was modified to a bore x stroke of 91.0 x 92.4 mm. It produces a maximum output of 272 hp.
