LIDERAS DESDE EL CONTROL O DESDE LA PROTECCIÓN ? Lo que vivieron en PARAGUAY , les cambió la Mirada

There are moments in the countryside where silence speaks louder than any shout. It happened to me a few days ago on a ranch in Paraguay, in front of a five-year-old mare. A strong, healthy, broken-in mare... but lacking confidence in her training: no one could touch her hooves. The mare is used for ranch work. The gauchos, men of the land and hard work, felt that natural insecurity of someone who fears being hit. And the mare, who can read a human's heartbeat from meters away, only confirmed their suspicions: "If they're afraid, I must protect myself too." As an expert, I know that Protective Leadership isn't about who is stronger, but about who offers more peace. When I gained her trust, the transformation in her was evident, allowing the ranch hands and hooves, for the first time, to lift their hands and hooves.
