[Office Tower Area] Brand New Schindler 5000 Traction Elevators At Great World City Mall [Parking]

Date Filmed: 9 June 2026 At That Time When I Was Free On 9 June 2026 Since I Could Really Go Out, I Just Have Noticed That I Have Decided To Visit Great World Because I Took Bus Service 75 From Bukit Merah Bus Interchange After I Finish Filming The BYD BC12A04 On Bus Service 153 Towards Bukit Merah Bus Interchange and Went There For Short Layout To Hunt For Other BYD BC12A04 Or Zhongtong N12 Electric Buses If Possible. So Then Because This Place Is Actually Very Close To The Shopping District Which Is Orchard, I Just Have Knew It That You Can Just Take One MRT Stop From Great World For Accessible. Because I Came In The Early Morning Or Just One Hour Before The Afternoon, The Mall Isn't Seems To Be Crowded. The Mall Won't Be That Crowded Because Only Some People Come Here In The Late Morning Or Early Afternoon Later Due To The Fact That The Shops Only Operate From Late Morning Or Early Afternoon Depending On Them. This Place Is Quite Further Away From My House Since I Travelled From Bukit Panjang Just To Come Here and Explore The Great World City Since It Is The Very Nice Mall Due To The Design. When I Was Reading It On The Internet, The Mall Actually Did Went For Major Renovation Work Like In 2018, It Started Because When I Read It On The Internet, This Is Due To The Preparation Of The Great World MRT Station Which The Mall Renovation Took Some Time To Finish Some Of Their Respective Upgrading. But Now In 2026, The Mall Design Interior Or Their Facilites Still Look Quite Nice As The Renovation Works Were Being Completed In Late 2020 During The Part Of The Still Covid-19. The Great World City Is Mixed With Retail and Office Tower Lifts, Which When I Go and Check Out The Office Tower Lifts At That Time, There Is No Gantry To Access The Office Tower and The Best Part Is That The Office Tower Is Actually Free For The Public To Go There. The Great World City Was Completed and Opened Back In 1997 With Over 146 Stores. The Food Court Of The Great World City Was Located On The Third Floor Which I Didn't Go That One Because I Just Like To Film Or Record Elevators. The Escalators Were Fujitec But I Also Didn't Bother Or Wish To Record Them Because Of Safety Reasons and Purposes. The Great World City Even Has Service Elevator But Then The Service Elevator I Didn't Record Them Because The Service Elevator Won't Be Comfortable For Me To Ride Onboard. I Took Like Around One Hour Or More To Finish Seeing The Mall But Also, I Went Alone and I Didn't Go With Anyone Because I Just Wanted To Make Myself Independent But Also Knew That I Have To Learn To Be Alone In The Future. As The June School Holidays Were Still In The Third Week, It Is Just Less Then Two Weeks Left Before School Term 3 Starts. Featuring In This Video Is That There Were Schindler Elevators, Which Were Newly Replaced From Their Respectively Toshiba Elevator In Prior To The Renovation. The Lobbies Were Quite New and It Seems Like It Still Look Very Polished To It. The Schindler Elevators Were Being Use For The Underground Parking Elevators Which Served From The First Floor All The Way To The Basement 3rd Floor Where The Second and Third Basement Were Use For The Parking One. These Elevators Were Machine Room Less For The Lift Type, So Considering Having Cabinet Controller On The Top Floor Or Last Floor Which Is At The First Floor. There Is West and East Lobby For The Parking, Which I Did Managed To Film Both Of Them.
