Jaskinia Dziura Tatry Zachodnie Dolina Strążyska Dolina Białego 1.07.2026 #feliksord

Dziura Cave, Western Tatras, 1048 m above sea level, July 1, 2026. Dziura Cave in Zakopane is a wild, unlit cave. The Blue Trail leads along the Dolina Ku Dziurze stream. Along the way, you pass a lower montane forest and wooden footbridges. The trail is short and easy, taking about 20-30 minutes to complete. For the tour (approximately 50 m of the trail is accessible), you will need: a flashlight or headlamp, hiking shoes (slippery ground), and clothing that protects against the cold (the temperature inside is a constant 6°C). The cave entrance is located at 1002 m above sea level and takes the form of a rock window measuring 3 by 2 meters. The cave's interior has a total length of 175 meters, but tourists can explore the first 50 meters. Dziura Cave is also known as the Zbójecka Jama (Bandit's Cave), because in the 19th century it was supposed to serve as a hideout for the famous bandit Wojtek Mateja. Could this be the prototype for Janosik? Video by Tomasz Ordyczyński & Feliks Ordyczyński.
