It is the picturesque #Sagiada. It is located next to the beautiful Delta of the river Kalamas. It offers moments of nature appreciation and serenity on the nearby beaches. We continue to #Igoumenitsa. Large port and important gateway from the ports of Italy. The beaches of #Drepano and Makrigiali will drive you crazy. Corfu island is only an hour away from here by ferry! And we arrived in #Sivota, one of the most famous destinations in western Greece with breathtaking beauties and emerald waters. The three green islands offer extra moments of enjoyment during your vacation. You can explore them with the excursion boat or renting your own boat! The beach #Pisina has the most brilliant turquoise crystal clear waters, while Bella Vraka beach is a beloved photograph spot. South of Sivota we find countless paradise coves and beaches such as Mikri and Megali Ammos, Agia Paraskevi and Sofas. Below the village of #Perdika lie the beaches of #Arillas, Karavostasi and Prapa Mali. Tropical waters endless coolness! Visit #Sarakiniko beach and you will not regret it. And the fabulous #Parga emerges, famous in every corner of the world. Is there a place more picturesque? Amphitheatrically built, colorful and elegant, it offers unbeatable views and quality vacations. The islet of Panagia stands in an idyllic way in front of the beach of Ai Giannakis of Parga, while the long beach of Valtos behind the castle offers whatever you desire! From here you can make a magical day trip to the fantastic islands of Paxos and Antipaxos! #Lichnos beach is a quiet alternative to Parga for swimming dinner and overnight stay. Heading south we continue to #Ammoudia. You can see how impressive the beach is while in the same bay flows the mythical Acheron river, which at this point is suitable for boating and kayak! Next to the village of Mesopotamos is the #Necromanteio, an important archeological site where the living used to spoke and be consulted by the dead. Next to the village of Gliki is the place where the Acheron festival is organized, and the river passage to the impressive sources of the river, which according to ancient myths was the passage to the underworld. In some of them you will be all by yourselves in the middle of the summer, as if you owe a private beach! #Loutsa is probably the largest and most famous beach in the prefecture of Preveza, while offering all the comforts to visitors. Next are the beaches of Vrachos, Lygia and an amazing coastline full of taverns, rooms to let, campings and magnificent locations. Just before Preveza lie the beaches of Monolithi, Mytikas and Kalamitsi, while you should not miss Ancient #Nicopolis, an archeological park and museum that takes you to a voyage to antiquity. #Preveza is an important city of Western Greece built at the entrance of the Amvrakikos gulf. It is connected to the opposite shore by an underwater tunnel. The rhythm and pace of the town is relaxed, ideal for a walk on the seaside promenade and then for dinner with seafood and grappa or ouzo in the local taverns. At this point in 31 BC the naval battle of Aktio took place between Octavian Augustus on the one hand and Cleopatra with Marco Antonio on the other, who claimed, after the assassination of Julius Caesar, the power in the vast state of Rome. It ended with the defeat of Antonio and #Cleopatra and their escape to Egypt. Cleopatra's marina and an airport operate in #Aktio today.
