Disney Halloween starts September 17, 2025! Tokyo Disneyland Halloween Parade "The Villains Halloween "Into the Frenzy"" Here's where Donald's stop was in the 2nd parade! My usual effortless happy entry, lol. I lined up about 10 minutes before park entry (just in time). I immediately purchased a DPA and got a seat in about the third row. The third row of B, where Donald's stop is... I'm pretty much at the back of the line, so of course people with regular admission can't get one. The DPA stop is determined by gacha, but... It was almost perfect!! I was lucky to get a ticket right next to Donald! Gaston, Donald, Smee, Hook It was amazing to have a panoramic view of all the characters!
