Puppy mush is a common food for French bulldog puppies because it is a softer option than regular hard food. Puppy mush lets French bulldog puppies start eating without milk from their mother. Mush is made mostly from dry dog food mixed with water and milk or formula and has a consistency that is easy to chew and digest. French bulldog puppies can start eating puppy mush at 3-4 weeks old, as they are weaning from their mother's milk. This is the ideal time to start the diet of puppy mush. At 3 weeks old, if the French bulldog puppies are walking and are hungry, you can start feeding them mush. This is the best way to start off weaning your 4-week old French bulldog or English Bulldog puppies. You will need Baby cereal, Unimilk or whatever milk replacement you prefer if any, and bottled water. You will mix and create a thick substance of puppy mush so your puppies can start being weaned but you must analyze your puppies that they are trying to Munch/Chomp vs trying to Suckle on the puppy mush. You do not want them to aspirate the puppy mush this can be very dangerous for them.
