Subscribe us : https://goo.gl/iRiiyf தேச வழமைச் சட்டத்தின் முக்கியத்துவம் | 9th March AgakKan #TesawalaAct #Jaffna | #Agakkan #TamilTVShow தேசவழமைச் சட்டம் என்பது ஒல்லாந்தர் ஆட்சிக்காலத்துக்கு முன்னர் யாழ்ப்பாணத்தில் வழங்கிய வழக்கங்களை (customs) அடிப்படையாக வைத்து யாழ்ப்பாண முதலிமாரின் உதவியுடன் ஒல்லாந்தரால் தொகுக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு சட்டம் ஆகும். தேசவழமை என்பதன் பொருள் ஒரு தேசத்தின் வழக்கம் என்பதாகும். மக்களிடையே இதற்கிருந்த பிரபலத்துவம் காரணமாக ஒல்லாந்தரால் இது 1707 ஆம் ஆண்டு எழுத்து மூலமாக்கப்பட்டது. பின்னர் ஆங்கிலேயரால் 1806 ஆம் ஆண்டு சட்ட மூலமாக்கப்பட்டது. இச்சட்டமானது பின்னர் 1869 இலும் பின் 1911 இலும் கடைசியாக 1948 இலும் திருத்தியமைக்கப்பட்டது. இச்சட்டம் உடமை உரிமைகள் பற்றியும் திருமணம் பற்றியும் விபரமான வரையறைகளைக் விபரிக்கின்றது. இலங்கையில் பொதுவான சட்டமான பொதுச் சட்டக் கோவைக்கு மேலதிகமாக உள்ள மூன்று சட்டங்களில் தேசவழமைச் சட்டமூம் ஒன்று. ஏனையவை இரண்டும், கண்டிச் சட்டம், இசுலாமியச் சட்டம் ஆகியவையாகும். கண்டிச் சட்டமானது கண்டி வாழ் பெளத்தர்களுக்கும், இசுலாமியச் சட்டமானது இலங்கை வாழ் இசுலாமியர்களுக்கும், தேசவழமைச் சட்டமானது வட மாகாணத்தில் வாழும் மக்களுக்கும் மாத்திரமே இயல்புடையதாகிறது. The Tesawalam Act is a law compiled by Hollande with the help of Jaffna Princes based on the customs (customs) provided in Jaffna before the Dutch rule. The term Tesawalam means the nature of a nation. It was created in 1707 by Holland due to the popularity among the people. Later, the law was created by the British in 1806.
