Mashqulgi with Mr Shamsulhaq Qamar, renowned writer and educationist from Chitral now settled in Gilgit. In this talk he shares about his educational journey and also reflects on the cultural commonalities between Chitral and Gilgit. The program will also play its role in preserving and promoting Khowar language through various talks and discussions with the native speakers. i.e Elders, musicians, singers, poets, writers, researchers etc The program is hosted by Ejaz Ahmed who is a Khowar language activist and researcher.
