In this outdoor karting video, I head to Daytona Tamworth for some racing in the rain, driving a Daytona DMAX two-stroke go kart capable of hitting 70mph… on slick tyres. I’m joined by Jason and my brother Joel, and between the practice session, qualifying and the main race, things get unbelievably sketchy. I also make a rather big fool of myself, on multiple occasions. Expect huge moments, sideways saves, lung-busting braking zones, zero grip, and the kind of racing you only get when a full DMAX grid is trying to survive a monsoon.
